Recovery permission, unsubscribe, cookie choices and data-request help are available in both editions. Upgrading does not give permission to contact a shopper. Website storage choices and a shop’s reminder permission are separate.

Account security storage is needed when you sign in. Optional storage remembers your tutorial progress and selected plan currency and payment option on this device. It is off until you allow it. Visitor analytics has a separate opt-in below. The website adds no advertising trackers.

We store this choice for 180 days, without an account identifier. Reopening the site does not extend it. Withdrawing removes saved progress for both editions and your saved plan currency and payment option; it does not sign you out or change store settings. Choices apply to this browser and website only.
Make a privacy request
For a shop’s checkout or order, contact that shop using its privacy notice. Its merchant controls those records. For your WakeMyCart account or help identifying the relevant merchant, use our privacy contact below. You do not need an account or a particular form to make a request.

We normally respond within one month. A complex or numerous request may need up to two additional months; we explain an extension within the first month. Requests are normally free. We ask only for proportionate verification where needed and explain any lawful restriction or refusal, including complaint routes.
