ABOUT WAKEMYCART

Recovery you can inspect.
A store you still control.

WakeMyCart is a WooCommerce email recovery product with a Free engine and an optional Pro add-on. The aim is to make reminders relevant, explain sending decisions and connect reporting to real order evidence.

The company behind WakeMyCart

A.M.E.X. Internet Marketing ltd operates WakeMyCart from Cyprus. Company registration HE 377934. VAT registration 10377934Z. You can find the business address, contact details and processing information in the pages below.

What stays in your WordPress store

New recovery carts, messages, consent, queue processing and reporting run inside WordPress. You choose your own WordPress/SMTP setup or Resend account. Free works without a WakeMyCart account. Optional connected accounts handle licensing, updates and basic health information. Current Free and Pro plugins do not report aggregate contact usage. Older installations can require a reviewed cloud-to-local migration.

A useful Free edition, with specific reasons to add Pro

Free includes editable email sequences, three customizable layouts, your logo, one accent color and no monthly contact cap, alongside recovery health, unsubscribe and privacy tools. Both editions share configurable frequency safeguards and respect saved shopper permission. Pro adds conditional flows, margin safeguards, A/B experiments and detailed reporting, plus the full designer, language variants, 15 curated templates and six flow recipes. Every Pro installation includes local store and team tools; site plans determine connected account coverage and eligible updates.

Neither edition includes SMS or WhatsApp in this release. Free needs no account. Private Pro downloads and updates require eligible account access; installed Pro features keep working after subscription expiry. Works with your store’s existing email setup; provider limits and charges apply.

Current versions and compatibility

Current downloads: Free 1.1.8 and Pro 1.1.8. Read the release notes and upgrade guidance.

Before enabling recovery, test your checkout, payment gateway, extensions and email sender on a staging store. Confirm that reminders arrive, recovery links restore the cart, and purchases and unsubscribe requests stop further reminders. Support for one configuration does not guarantee compatibility with every store.
