The service

WakeMyCart provides the configured WooCommerce recovery connector and local recovery functions described in the documentation, with account services for licences, updates and basic health checks. Current plugins do not report aggregate contact usage. It supports editable basic email sequences in both editions, configurable frequency safeguards and the published compatibility profiles. You must have authority to connect and operate each store in your workspace.

These terms govern the service relationship and incorporate the completed data processing agreement at /data-processing for connected store data. The merchant must identify its legal entity and authorised contact in that agreement before sending shopper data. The WordPress connector’s GPL-2.0-or-later license remains separate and is not restricted by these service terms.

Your account and stores

Provide accurate contact and store information, protect your credentials and connection codes, and tell the operator if you suspect unauthorized access. Keep supported WordPress/WooCommerce versions, current backups and a working checkout. Test changes to your theme, gateway or product extensions before using them with live recovery.

Permission and acceptable use

You are responsible for your authority to process the information you send, your customer notices, the legal basis for your communications and the accuracy of your message content. Do not upload purchased address lists, send unsolicited campaigns, evade suppression or misuse the service to access another store.

Use current prices and product information. Do not disable safety checks, bypass update verification or use the service to mislead shoppers about availability or offers. The operator may suspend affected account services or private download access to investigate abuse, account compromise or service failures, with communication where practical. Local recovery remains under the merchant’s WordPress controls and shopper-permission safeguards.

Free, Pro, usage and payments

Free runs locally in each WordPress store without a WakeMyCart account or monthly contact cap. Both editions include basic sequence editing and the same configurable per-contact frequency safeguard; new installations start at three reminders per UTC calendar month. Previously captured permission is never increased by an update or a higher setting. New Pro access requires an explicit annual subscription and adds the advanced features described on the pricing page. New Pro licences cover 1, 3, 10 or 50 sites without a monthly contact cap. Older Free installations must update to Free 0.13.0 or later for the local, account-optional offer. Legacy paid plans keep their agreed terms. Only on legacy capped plans, reminders waiting for contact capacity may resume after an upgrade or monthly reset, subject to purchase, consent and eligibility checks and the 14-day cart age limit. There are no automatic overage charges. Already skipped messages are not replayed.

Each purchasing customer can use one introductory annual discount. After it is used, new annual purchases use the standard annual amount. Annual subscriptions renew at the disclosed renewal rate until canceled. Failed or unpaid purchases do not consume the discount. Canceling or refunding a completed discounted purchase does not reset eligibility. An existing paid agreement keeps its original terms. New purchases renew annually until canceled through Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access through the paid period. Displayed prices exclude VAT; applicable tax is calculated before payment at checkout. Existing lifetime agreements retain their site limits and terms. Site limits and per-contact reminder safeguards still apply. Emails use the merchant’s own sending setup, subject to their provider’s usual limits and charges.

Private downloads, automatic updates and connected account services require eligible account access. Installed Pro features remain available after expiry or disconnection. Your saved sending controls and shopper permissions still apply.

Paid checkout is currently unavailable. Displayed annual prices exclude VAT and do not themselves create a charge or paid subscription. Every paid order must show its price, renewal, cancellation, tax and refund terms before purchase. Existing subscription obligations, if any, must be handled through the operator’s applicable agreement.

Availability and results

Recovery depends on the store, scheduler, service and external email provider. No guarantee is made that every reminder reaches an inbox, every checkout is recoverable or every extension combination is supported. Reported attribution records observed order evidence and is not a promise of profit or incremental sales.

Pause controls stop future eligible dispatch; messages already accepted or in flight cannot be recalled. Pro support covers WakeMyCart configuration and product defects, with priority over Free requests. Custom development, campaign writing or management, and third-party hosting repairs require a separate scope. Multi-site accounts use a designated support contact. Support response times and any service-level commitments must be agreed separately.

Leaving the service

You can pause recovery or disconnect a store from its settings. Deleting the service store does not uninstall the local WordPress connector or cancel a separate workspace subscription. Contact the operator to close the account and coordinate data export, erasure, suppression and any outstanding obligations.

Changes and applicable law

The operator should communicate material service or policy changes through the account contact or published release information. Signup records the terms version accepted by the account owner.

Governing law and forum: The operator must supply the applicable jurisdiction and review these terms before public registration. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Any additional commercial provisions will be supplied before a paid order is accepted.
