Know what is used, why it is needed and how to stay in control.

The actual provider register

This register identifies the contracted providers and their data locations, including remote access and backups. Integration names alone do not establish signed contracts or EEA-only hosting.

No verified provider register has been configured. Do not treat the implementation inventory below as an approved subprocessor list.

Implementation inventory to verify

ServiceWhat must be confirmed
Application, PostgreSQL database, backups and infrastructureHosting provider: GoDaddy VPS and Cloudflare. Region: United States (West). Confirm legal entities, access locations, contract, backup lifecycle and transfer assessment.
Operator’s account and operational email deliveryWhen enabled, account and operational email uses the provider identified in this register. Its contracting entity, locations, retention and terms must be confirmed before account enrollment opens. Legacy recovery delivery may remain during the documented transition.
Merchant’s recovery sending and WordPress hostingChosen and contracted by the merchant. Recovery goes directly from its store to its own Resend or WordPress/SMTP provider. Complete that provider’s locations, tracking, retention and processing arrangements in the shop’s privacy notice; it is not automatically an operator subprocessor.
Support mailbox and incident toolingIdentify the actual providers and what is shared. Restrict shopper data in tickets and logs.
PaymentsPaid checkout is currently unavailable. The payment provider and applicable processing terms will be disclosed before accepting WakeMyCart payments.

Changes and objections

For merchants covered by the completed processing agreement, intended additions or replacements require at least 30 days’ prior written notice and an opportunity to object on data-protection grounds. Contact support@wakemycart.com for the register, safeguards or a proposed change. A website update alone is not the promised notice.
