Manage your account and MFA

What to do

1. Open your WakeMyCart account → Account settings & security to edit identity, notification preferences and password.
2. Enable authenticator MFA, confirm it and store the one-use recovery codes securely.
3. Use the account recovery flow if you lose your password; sensitive account and connection changes require reauthentication.
4. Control local recovery access through WordPress users. Use your store’s own login-security controls for WordPress.

What to expect

WakeMyCart account MFA protects the account website; it does not automatically add MFA to WordPress. Agency client users can view reports, while staff can edit recovery; a WordPress administrator manages cross-store credentials and permissions.
