What to do

1. Use Overview for recent local checkouts and basic recovery totals.
2. With Pro, open Reports and choose 7, 30 or 90 days. Inspect email/flow metrics, product observations and order details.
3. In Pro reports, review the suggested next steps for the selected period. Each suggestion explains the actual failures, offer checks or attributed order data behind it; use the linked report tab to inspect the evidence. No suggestion changes your campaign or proves extra profit.
4. Open the underlying order link to check its WooCommerce records. Keep currencies and decimal precision separate.
5. Use Agency’s Client report download for a branded summary without shopper identities.

What to expect

The overview loads the latest 100 checkouts. Period reports query the local reporting tables; the visible recent list is not an all-time cart count.

Sales already include discounts; cumulative refunds are deducted once. Attribution credits one observed accepted recovery message and click, not proven incremental lift.

Anonymous summaries survive detail cleanup for 13 months. Archived totals stop receiving later order changes once the underlying recovery order copy is erased or expires.
