Manage agency teams, shared flows and client reports

Manage people and reusable flows without centralizing shopper records.

WakeMyCart documentation · Free 1.1.8 · Pro 1.1.8

What to do

  1. Pro includes local store and team tools. Site plans determine connected account coverage and eligible updates.
  2. Create staff/client users in WordPress. A WordPress administrator grants report-only or recovery-editing access in Agency.
  3. Save a reusable flow template. Connect the target store using a dedicated WordPress application password; credentials stay encrypted on the managing store.
  4. Preview the rollout, resolve missing product/category mappings and apply. The receiving flow stays paused for local review.
  5. Set agency report branding and download Client report from Reports. Remove saved target access when it is no longer needed.

What to expect

The receiving store must have eligible Pro flow access and authenticate the application password. No shopper records are included in a rollout or branded summary.

Account-website membership and WordPress recovery permissions are separate. WordPress administrators manage local permissions and cross-store credentials.
