Move from another recovery plugin
Move settings from CartFlows or bring an older WakeMyCart engine onto the store.
What to do
- Back up and keep old and new senders paused. Open Migration in the WordPress recovery workspace.
- For CartFlows, preview a supported settings export or manual worksheet. The WakeMyCart tool reads the installed CartFlows settings locally; CartFlows does not need a WakeMyCart export feature.
- Review unsupported fields, converted text and coupon warnings. Apply settings, then confirm the old sender is paused, its queue resolved and the new test email reviewed.
- For older WakeMyCart, prepare the local migration, import its verified batches, review uncertain messages and confirm the completed import.
- Check the sender and recovery health, then enable local recovery. Arrange a reviewed cleanup of old cloud records separately.
What to expect
CartFlows settings migration does not import shoppers, consent, suppressions, coupons or queued sends. Recreate coupons manually and verify their restrictions.
WakeMyCart cloud migration fences the old sender before importing. A private export expires after 24 hours; Refresh expired export recreates the same verified snapshot or holds if the source changed. Unknown attempts remain held.
Old WakeMyCart links and delivery feedback may use a temporary legacy relay for up to 365 days. New recovery emails use local links and the merchant’s own provider.
