Activate recovery and switch senders

Capture and email sending have separate switches.

WakeMyCart documentation · Free 1.1.8 · Pro 1.1.8

What to do

  1. Complete sender setup and resolve any migration hold. Installed Pro features do not require a current subscription.
  2. Enable opted-in checkout capture in Setup & settings and confirm a sample checkout appears in Overview.
  3. Save your sender, edit your sequence and check a test email.
  4. Open Recovery health. Fix any reported scheduler, sender or queue issues. Waiting for a first checkout or an inbox confirmation is shown separately from a detected problem.
  5. Turn on recovery in Email sequence. Use the same switch to pause it.

What to expect

Installing a plugin, applying a template or importing settings does not start emails. Purchases, withdrawal, suppression, cart age, plan limits and the current flow are rechecked before dispatch.

On low-traffic stores, ask the host to invoke WordPress cron every minute and monitor WooCommerce Scheduled Actions.
