Read email, flow and order reports
Inspect provider acceptance, delivery feedback, engagement and attributed orders without mixing currencies or deducting discounts twice.
What each metric means
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Sent | Provider accepted the prepared message; not proof of delivery. |
| Delivered | A provider delivery event was received; not proof of inbox placement. |
| Clicked / unsubscribed | First recorded event per message. A GET unsubscribe visit alone does not withdraw consent. Security scanners can cause clicks. |
| Attributed orders | Orders with a validated signed recovery-message identity. Each order credits at most one message. |
| Sales / discounts / refunds | Sales are already after discounts and exclude tax. Refunds reduce sales once. Currency and precision groups remain separate. |
| Withheld offers | The offer was explicitly withheld by a cost or local safeguard. The reminder may still be sent without an offer. |
Match totals to underlying orders
By email and By flow use messages scheduled in the chosen 7, 30 or 90-day period, with recorded outcomes through the report time. Click Inspect orders to see the same message cohort, including version and experiment variant. The unfiltered order ledger instead shows orders paid in that period.
The ledger links numeric WooCommerce order IDs to the store’s order administration screen, where separate WordPress authorization applies. Older cart-attributed orders without signed message identity remain visible without inventing email attribution. Refund updates can change historical totals.
Reports reflect retained local data. Cart snapshots normally expire 30 days after activity; detailed recovery records normally last 90 days. Anonymous recovery totals remain for 13 months, but archived totals stop receiving later order changes after the underlying recovery order copy is deleted. Attributed revenue records an association, not proven additional sales. Open tracking is not the experiment outcome.
